WARRANTY 

If your belt has a deformity or is damaged and you want to reclaim it, send us a picture of the issue and short description to info@redfirstore.com and we can agree on the next steps.

RETURNS

In the case that you decide to resign from the contract within 100 days from the day of purchase, send us an e-mail to info@redfirstore.com and we can agree on the next steps. In the case of bespoke belts, it is not possible to withdraw from the purchase contract.
