REDFIR belts are unique because of their micro-adjustable ratchet mechanism. They bring a whole load of advantages compared to classic belts with holes. Find out more in section Why REDFIR. REDFIR belts are handmade in the Europe in a leather workshop with a 27-year tradition from top quality Italian leathers. Ratchet belts are also known as belts without holes, automatic belts and buckles, belts with automatic buckles and few other names.

REDFIR belts are available in standard forms or you can order the bespoke belt. You can add your own motive/monogram or choose a different than standard colour and stitching style. Find out more in section Bespoke belts.

The straps are handmade in the Europe, in a workshop with a 27-year tradition in leather handiwork. Top layer is produced from top grain leather which belongs to the highest quality of leather. Bottom layer is produced from split leather. It is important to point out that when producing REDFIR belts genuine leather is not used. Genuine leather is considered a low quality leather. REDFIR buckles are made from zinc alloy in different colour variations and surface finishes. The main component is zinc, aluminium and other components are also present in small quantities. Please be aware of the fact, that nickel is also present which means that buckles are not suitable for people with nickel allergies.

REDFIR belts are packed in cardboard presentation boxes with dimensions around 16x16x6 cm with a total weight of around 400g. The second option is to buy a gift box. In that case the belts would be placed into the quality wooden box with an engraved REDFIR logo. Same as the cardboard boxes the wooden boxes are also produced in the Europe.

Men's belts are 3.5 cm wide and their standard length is 120 cm. Women's belts are 3.0 cm wide and their standard length is 100 cm. The belt’s length can be adjusted by the customer at home.

Part of the package is a guide on how to shorten the REDFIR belts. Simply take of the buckle and cut the strap to your desired length.

We always choose the most suitable shipping service for delivery to your country. You can see the specific shipping options for your country in the shopping cart.

The exact date of delivery depends on your location, on the type of payment (in the case of bank transfer we send the item once we have received the payment), on the character of the order (standard vs. bespoke belt) and stock availability. Usually we send out stocked items within 24 working hours and the package is in majority of cases received within 2-5 working days if the delivery address is in Europe. In case the delivery address is outside of Europe please contact us at first to double check the exact lead time. In the case that the item is out of stock please contact us as well to confirm its availability. In specific circumstances with bigger orders or in the case of bespoke orders the delivery time will be specified in our quote.

You can pay via PayPal and online card payments.

A standard belt can be returned within 100 days under the condition that the belt and packaging are returned undamaged. In the case that you would like to return the goods please contact us and we will agree on how and where to send the items. For more information on returns see the Terms & Conditions. The belts can only be exchanged if they are unworn, not damaged and not shortened. If you have received a belt as a present and it is not according to your wishes we can change the belts for another which is more suited to you. Under the condition that the customer pays for the delivery costs. In the case that we make a mistake we will pay for the delivery costs.

The warranty on our product is standard by law which is 2 years. If your belt has a deformity or is damaged and you want to reclaim it, send us a picture of the issue and short description to info@redfirstore.com and we can agree on the next steps.
